Orders are processed Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Processing time is usually 1–2 business days.
You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been shipped.

2. Shipping Within Pakistan

We deliver to all major cities and regions across Pakistan.
Delivery time is typically:
- 2–4 business days for major cities
- 4–7 business days for other areas
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight/size.
Any promotions offering free shipping will be clearly displayed on our website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide a tracking number (where available).
You can track your package on the courier’s website after it has been dispatched.

5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order.
We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping charges will apply.

6. Delivery Attempts

Couriers typically make two delivery attempts.
If the order cannot be delivered, the courier may return it to us.
You may be responsible for redelivery charges.

7. Damaged or Missing Packages

If your package arrives damaged, opened, or missing items, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos or video evidence.
We will assist you in coordinating with the courier or arranging a replacement (subject to stock availability).
