Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, select the items you like, choose size/colour (if applicable), add to cart, and complete checkout by providing your delivery information and payment details.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?
A: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we may be able to cancel or update it. Please contact us immediately (via WhatsApp/phone or email) with your order number — we’ll do our best to assist you.
Q: Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?
A: Yes — we welcome bulk or wholesale orders. Please contact us at info@sumairatariq.com or WhatsApp +92 322 2368356 with the items and quantities required; our team will get back to you with pricing and delivery details.

Q: Where do you ship?
A: We deliver across Pakistan, to major cities and remote areas alike.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most orders are delivered within a few days after dispatch. Once we ship your items, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow progress.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes — once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number/link via SMS or email. You can also visit our “Track Your Order” page on the site, enter the number, and see the current status.
Q: What if my package is delayed or doesn’t arrive?
A: If you don’t see tracking updates for more than 48 hours, or if the package seems stuck or lost, please get in touch with us via WhatsApp or email. We will coordinate with the courier to trace your order and resolve the issue.
🔄 Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Q: What is your return and exchange policy?
A: We accept returns or exchanges if the item is unused, in original condition (with tags, packaging, etc.), and returned within our specified return window. Please contact us first with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if applicable), before sending anything back.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Return-shipping costs depend on the reason for return. If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, defect), we will cover or reimburse return costs. For size-or style-changing returns, customers may need to cover return shipping.
Q: When will I get my refund or replacement?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process refunds or exchanges. Refunds are typically credited using the original payment method. Exchanges are shipped as soon as the return is accepted.
