Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you’ll receive an SMS / email with a unique Tracking Number and a Tracking Link. Use that link to view real-time updates on your order’s status.

Enter your Order Number or Tracking Number in the form provided.

Click “Track Now” — you’ll be shown the latest status, including shipping progress and estimated delivery time.
What The Statuses Mean
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Order Placed | Your order has been received and is awaiting processing. |
| Processing | We are preparing your items — picking, packing, and getting them ready for shipment. |
| Shipped / In Transit | Your package has been handed over to the courier and is on its way to you. |
| Out for Delivery | The courier is nearby and your package is about to be delivered. |
| Delivered | Your package has reached your specified address and is successfully delivered. |
What to Do If Your Tracking Is Delayed or Not Updating

Sometimes the courier’s tracking system may take a short time to update. If you don’t see any status change within 24–48 hours, don’t worry — your package is likely still in transit.
